Why Doesn't Weight Loss Work?

Personally i believe weight loss is difficult because 90% of people give up after they don't see results right away. Weight loss isn't a one size fits all type of thing. Its more trial and error, but even though one technique might not work for you, that doesn't mean you cant lose weight.

No matter which weight loss program you go with, the basics are all pretty much the same: healthy eating habits and exercise. The difference being how you exercise and which healthy foods you eat and what combination of the two you do. Another factor in choosing a weight loss program that works for you is deciding which area of the body you want to lose the weight in. If your'e trying to lose weight in your stomach area, pull ups and squats may not be the most beneficial workout plan. My advice to you is research the most effective way to lose weight in the area you desire. And most of all DON'T GIVE UP! Weight loss also isn't an overnight thing unless you go with surgery (which I don't recommend except for in extreme cases)

I truly believe that anyone who dedicates time and effort CAN and WILL achieve their dream body. It may not be easy and you may feel like giving up some days, but those are the days you need to push harder. I am personally on my own weight loss journey and some days I wont want to take my own advice and i may want to give up, and that is exactly why I started this blog for Lets Share Healthy...For Support on the good and bad days of the weight loss journey.
